Tzatziki Chicken & Veggie Naan Pizza is a quick, versatile, and flavorful dish that combines Mediterranean-inspired ingredients with the convenience of naan bread. Creamy tzatziki, tender chicken, and crisp vegetables create a delicious balance of flavors and textures perfect for any meal.

  • 2 large naan breads
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded (or turkey bacon if preferred)
  • ½ cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup cucumber, sliced thin
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the bell peppers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber. Cook and chop turkey bacon if using. Shred chicken if not already done.
  3. Lightly brush both sides of each naan bread with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and dried oregano.
  4. Spread ¼ cup tzatziki sauce evenly over each naan, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Layer shredded chicken (or turkey bacon) over the tzatziki.
  6. Arrange sliced vegetables evenly on top of the protein.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the pizza.
  8. Place naan pizzas on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until cheese melts and edges are slightly golden.
  9. Remove from the oven and let rest for 2–3 minutes.
  10. Optionally, add extra cucumber slices and drizzle with tzatziki before serving.

Notes

Customize with additional vegetables or cheese to suit your taste.

For extra crispiness, bake directly on an oven rack for the last 2 minutes.

Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
