These Tasty Party Crab Crescent Bites are perfect for gatherings, offering a buttery crescent exterior with a creamy, savory crab filling. They are quick to make, customizable, and loved by everyone, making them an ideal appetizer or snack for any occasion.

  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat, finely shredded
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 6 slices of turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Optional: a pinch of paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Stir until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in cooked crab meat and chopped green onions. Mix evenly.
  4. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, stirring gently to combine.
  5. Add crumbled turkey bacon to the mixture and fold carefully.
  6. Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into individual triangles. Optionally, roll slightly larger.
  7. Place 1 tablespoon of the crab mixture near the wide end of each triangle.
  8. Roll the dough from the wide end toward the point to form crescent bites. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, 1 inch apart.
  9. Optionally sprinkle a pinch of paprika on top for garnish.
  10. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until crescents are golden brown.
  11. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Prepare the filling ahead of time for quicker assembly.

Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat gently.
