  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • Flour tortillas, fresh and flexible
  • Fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, bell peppers)
  • Fresh cilantro leaves
  • Lime juice, from fresh limes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season 1 pound of chicken breast with salt and pepper.
  3. Add a drizzle of olive oil to the skillet to prevent sticking.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken in the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked through.
  5. Remove the chicken from heat and let it rest.
  6. Once the chicken has cooled slightly, shred it into bite-sized pieces or slice it thinly and place it in a bowl.
  7. Pour about ½ cup of sweet chili sauce over the shredded chicken in the bowl.
  8. Toss well until all pieces are coated evenly with the sauce.
  9. Warm your tortillas on another skillet over low heat until they're soft but not crispy, about 30 seconds per side.
  10. Lay each warm tortilla flat on a plate.
  11. Add a generous scoop of your sweet chili chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla.
  12. Top it off with fresh veggies like shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced bell peppers, and chopped cilantro.
  13. Fold in both sides of the tortilla over the filling first, then roll from bottom to top tightly but not too tight.
  14. Cut each wrap in half if desired.
  15. Garnish with fresh lime wedges on the side before serving.
