Instructions

  4. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  5. Place Chicken in Basket: Arrange chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them for proper air circulation.
  6. Cook First Side: Cook for 12 minutes on one side.
  7. Flip Chicken: Flip the chicken breasts carefully using tongs.
  8. Cook Second Side: Cook for an additional 8–10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  9. Rest Chicken: Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  10. Serve: Slice or serve whole with preferred sides such as vegetables, rice, or salad.
