  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Graham crackers, for layering

  • Chocolate chips, for layering

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat together 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and 1 cup of powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix until everything is well combined.
  3. Gently fold in 2 cups of whipped topping into your cream cheese mixture using a spatula.
  4. Add ½ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder to your creamy mixture and fold until fully incorporated.
  5. Grab an 8×8-inch baking dish and place a single layer of graham crackers at the bottom.
  6. Spread half of your cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers, followed by a sprinkle of mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  7. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers followed by the remaining filling mixture topped with more mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  8. Finish with one last layer of graham crackers on top.
  9. Cover your masterpiece with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight.
  10. Serve cold by cutting into squares and topping each slice with additional whipped topping or mini marshmallows.
