Reese’s Stuffed Brownies are a rich, fudgy dessert with a creamy peanut butter center that delights every chocolate lover. Perfect for parties, gifts, or a weekend baking project, this recipe is simple, affordable, and highly customizable.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 20 mini Reese’s peanut butter cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
  2. Melt 1 cup butter until smooth.
  3. Beat 2 cups sugar with 4 eggs for 2–3 minutes until pale.
  4. Add melted butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
  5. Sift 1 cup flour, ¾ cup cocoa, ½ teaspoon baking powder, and ½ teaspoon salt.
  6. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture gently. Add 1 cup chocolate chips.
  7. Pour half the batter into pan. Place 20 mini Reese’s cups evenly on top.
  8. Cover with remaining batter and smooth the top.
  9. Bake 30–35 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  10. Cool for 20–25 minutes. Lift brownies out and cool completely before cutting.

Notes

For extra richness, add chopped chocolate or nuts.

Cut with a warm knife for clean slices.

Can be stored in an airtight container or frozen.
