Ingredients

Scale
  • 500g fresh mushrooms (white button or cremini)
  • 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix (store-bought or homemade)
  • Optional: ¼ cup turkey bacon bits

Instructions

  1. Clean mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice evenly.
  2. Heat butter or olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook for 8–10 minutes until browned and moisture evaporates.
  5. Sprinkle ranch seasoning over mushrooms and stir well to combine.
  6. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
  7. If desired, add turkey bacon bits and cook for another 2 minutes.

Notes

Use turkey bacon instead of traditional bacon for a lighter option.

Avoid washing mushrooms under running water to prevent sogginess.
