Ingredients

  • Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • Tomato sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • Chicken ham, diced
  • Optional: diced vegetables (bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach)
  • Olive oil or cooking spray
  • Italian seasoning or dried herbs

Instructions

  1. Chop the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and optional vegetables into small pieces.
  2. Shred the mozzarella cheese if needed.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough to 1/8-inch thickness and cut into 3×3 inch squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of tomato sauce on each square.
  5. Add shredded cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and optional vegetables. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges with fingers or a fork.
  7. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  8. Lightly brush or spray rolls with olive oil.
  9. Place rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
  10. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  11. Let cool 1–2 minutes before serving with dipping sauces.
