Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • to 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon or ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh apples, sliced thin for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt.
  2. Add the peanut butter to the bowl. Stir until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  3. Pour in the honey or maple syrup. Stir well to blend the sweetness throughout the dip.
  4. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.
  5. If desired, stir in ground cinnamon or vanilla extract for extra depth.
  6. Mix thoroughly until the dip is creamy and uniform in texture.
  7. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes for a firmer consistency.
  8. While the dip chills, core and slice apples.
  9. To prevent browning, toss apple slices in a little lemon juice before serving.
  10. Serve the dip in a bowl with apple slices arranged around it, and enjoy!

Notes

For a vegan version, use dairy-free Greek-style yogurt and maple syrup.

Adjust the sweetness based on your preference.

Stir again before serving if stored in the refrigerator.

This dip can also be served with pears, bananas, or strawberries.

For a crunchier texture, sprinkle chia seeds, granola, or crushed nuts on top before serving.
