Ingredients

  • Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, standard or any chocolate sandwich variety
  • Chocolate Frosting, store-bought or homemade
  • Ice Cream Cones, regular-sized or mini
  • Candy Corn, for decoration
  • Green Sprinkles, for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if you plan to bake anything alongside these treats.
  2. Lay out all your ingredients on a clean surface so everything is within reach.
  3. Take two chocolate sandwich cookies and gently twist them apart.
  4. Remove one side of each cookie, leaving the cream-filled halves intact.
  5. Set aside the cream-less halves; we won’t need those in this recipe.
  6. Spread a generous layer of chocolate frosting on top of the cream-filled half of each cookie.
