Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  3. Mix the Oreo crumbs with melted butter until combined.
  4. Press the mixture into muffin tin cups, forming a base and sides.
  5. Bake the crusts for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Let the crusts cool completely.
  7. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla extract; mix well.
  8. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling into cooled cookie cups.
