This M&M Cookie Dough Fudge is a no-bake dessert that combines the creaminess of fudge with the playful flavor of edible cookie dough and colorful M&Ms. It is easy to prepare, fun to customize, and always a favorite for parties, bake sales, or family treats.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup M&M candies (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spread the flour evenly on a baking tray and bake for about 5 minutes to heat-treat. Allow it to cool completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter with the brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract and mix again.
  3. Gradually add the cooled flour into the butter mixture, stirring until a soft cookie dough forms. Fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly combined. Set aside.
  4. In a heatproof bowl, place the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Set the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water to create a double boiler. Stir continuously until the chocolate melts and blends smoothly with the condensed milk.
  5. Remove the bowl from the heat. Add small chunks of the prepared cookie dough into the melted chocolate mixture. Fold gently to distribute the dough evenly throughout the fudge base.
  6. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper. Pour half of the fudge mixture into the dish and spread it evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle a handful of M&Ms over the surface.
  7. Add the remaining fudge mixture on top and smooth it out. Press more M&Ms into the surface for decoration.
  8. Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is fully set.
  9. Once firm, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and place it on a cutting board. Slice into squares with a sharp knife, wiping the blade between cuts for neat edges.

Notes

Heat-treating the flour ensures the cookie dough is safe to eat.
