The Low Calorie Frozen Banana Snickers is a guilt-free dessert that combines creamy bananas, nutty peanut butter, and rich chocolate. It’s perfect for a quick snack, post-workout treat, or a healthy dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut bananas into halves or thirds.
  2. Place banana pieces on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.
  3. In a small bowl, mix peanut butter with vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Warm slightly if needed.
  4. Spread a thin layer of the peanut butter mixture on each frozen banana piece.
  5. Sprinkle chopped peanuts evenly over the peanut butter layer.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  7. Dip each banana piece into the melted chocolate, coating fully. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  8. Place chocolate-coated bananas back on the parchment-lined sheet and freeze for at least 30 minutes to set.
  9. Once firm, serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
