  • 1 pack of instant ramen noodles (any flavor)
  • 1/2 cup canned sweet corn, drained
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella preferred)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded chicken ham (optional)
  • 2 slices of turkey bacon, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients: drain corn, chop green onions, slice turkey bacon, and shred cheese if needed.
  2. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a medium pot. Add noodles and cook 2–3 minutes until tender but firm.
  3. Heat butter in a small pan over medium heat. Add corn, sugar, and garlic powder, stirring for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Cook turkey bacon until slightly crisp. Warm chicken ham if using.
  5. Drain noodles, leaving 2–3 tablespoons of water in the pot. Add corn, turkey bacon, and chicken ham. Pour in milk and stir.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over noodles and cover for 1–2 minutes until melted.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

Customize with vegetables or proteins.

Adjust spice with chili flakes if desired.

Use fresh corn as an alternative.
