  • 4 slices of turkey bacon
  • 4 slices of chicken ham
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 4 sandwich buns
  • Lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, and pickles for topping
  • Mayonnaise, mustard, or your favorite sauce

Instructions

  1. Trim chicken breasts and pound them to an even ½-inch thickness using a meat mallet.
  2. Set up three bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs thoroughly.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place chicken inside without overlapping.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flip, and cook an additional 8-10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. While the chicken cooks, crisp turkey bacon in a skillet for 4-5 minutes. Sear chicken ham for 1-2 minutes per side.
  8. Toast sandwich buns lightly and prepare toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and sauces.
  9. Assemble the sandwich: bottom bun, chicken breast, turkey bacon, chicken ham, vegetables, sauce, and top bun.
  10. Press lightly to secure all layers and serve immediately.
