In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup of peanut butter (or almond butter), 2 tablespoons of maple syrup (or honey), and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Whisk thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of agar-agar powder while whisking continuously to avoid clumps.
Gently fold in 1/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips using a spatula until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Spoon the mixture into silicone muffin cups or small dessert glasses, filling each about three-quarters full.
Tap them gently on the counter to remove air bubbles.
Place your filled cups into the refrigerator and let them chill for at least two hours or until set.
Once chilled completely, remove from molds or glasses and serve immediately.
Garnish with additional chocolate chips or fresh berries if desired.
