Healthy Honey Roasted Peaches are a simple, wholesome dessert that brings out the natural sweetness of fresh peaches. The peaches are roasted to tender perfection, enhanced with honey, cinnamon, and a touch of lemon juice for balanced flavor.

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Optional toppings: chopped nuts, Greek yogurt, or granola

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) with the rack in the center position.
  2. Wash peaches thoroughly, slice in half, and remove pits. Pat dry with a paper towel.
  3. Arrange peaches cut side up in a single layer in a baking dish.
  4. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of honey evenly over the peaches.
  5. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon over the peaches.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, basting with juices halfway through.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Optional: add chopped nuts, Greek yogurt, or granola before serving.

Notes

Ensure peaches are dry before roasting for proper caramelization.

Adjust honey to taste for more or less sweetness.

Can be served warm or chilled.
