  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of cottage cheese, 1 cup of Greek yogurt, and ½ cup of buffalo sauce.
  3. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, blend until smooth and creamy—about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gently fold in 2 cups of shredded chicken using a spatula.
  5. Stir in ¼ cup of finely chopped green onions until evenly distributed.
  6. Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish.
