These Healthy Cookies – No Sugar! No Flour! are a guilt-free treat that combines natural sweetness, wholesome ingredients, and a soft, chewy texture. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert, they’re easy to make and customizable to suit your taste preferences.

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup natural nut butter (almond, peanut, or cashew)
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: ¼ cup dark chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruits

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add ½ cup of nut butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix thoroughly.
  4. Stir in 1 cup oats and ½ teaspoon baking soda until the dough is uniform.
  5. Fold in optional mix-ins like chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruits.
  6. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, place dollops of dough onto the baking sheet. Flatten each cookie slightly.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden and centers are soft.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg.

Dough can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours before baking.

Cookies can be frozen for up to 2 months.
