Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1 cup of shredded chicken.
  3. Use an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
  4. Fold in ½ cup of buffalo sauce and ½ cup of ranch dressing into your cream cheese mixture using a spatula.
  5. Sprinkle in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and mix gently until well incorporated.
  6. Spoon the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Top it off with an extra handful of cheddar cheese.
  8. Slide the dish into the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly with little golden edges forming around the sides.
