  • 5 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. Melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to the melted butter; stir well.
  4. Stir in 1 cup mini marshmallows until fully melted and smooth.
  5. Remove from heat; fold in 5 cups Golden Grahams cereal gently until evenly coated.
  6. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and press evenly with a buttered spatula or wax paper.
  7. Sprinkle 1 cup milk chocolate chips evenly on top; press lightly to adhere.
  8. Allow to cool completely at room temperature (about 1 hour) or refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  9. Cut into squares or rectangles before serving.

Notes

Avoid packing the mixture too tightly to maintain a light texture.
