  • 4 cups marshmallows
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: mini chocolate chips, crushed nuts, or caramel drizzle

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
  2. Melt ½ cup butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
  3. Add 4 cups marshmallows and stir constantly until smooth and creamy.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon ground ginger, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon nutmeg, pinch of cloves, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually fold in 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
  6. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and press evenly using a buttered spatula or greased hands.
  7. Add optional toppings such as mini chocolate chips, nuts, or caramel drizzle while the mixture is still warm.
  8. Let the treats cool at room temperature for 1–2 hours until firm.
  9. Remove from pan using parchment edges and cut into squares or desired shapes.
  10. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
