Frozen s’mores are a refreshing twist on the classic campfire treat. Layers of graham crackers, creamy marshmallow mixture, and smooth chocolate pudding come together in a chilled dessert that’s perfect for summer or any occasion. Quick to prepare, fully customizable, and loved by both kids and adults, this dessert combines nostalgia with convenience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 container whipped topping
  • 1 jar marshmallow fluff
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chocolate pudding: Whisk the pudding mix with cold milk in a large bowl until thick and smooth. Set aside.
  2. Make the marshmallow layer: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in marshmallow fluff and powdered sugar. Fold in half of the whipped topping until creamy.
  3. Line the pan: Cover the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish with graham crackers, breaking pieces as needed to cover completely.
  4. Add marshmallow mixture: Spread the marshmallow mixture evenly over the graham cracker layer.
  5. Add chocolate pudding: Pour the chocolate pudding over the marshmallow layer and smooth evenly.
  6. Top with whipped cream: Spread remaining whipped topping over the chocolate layer.
  7. Add final graham cracker layer: Place another layer of graham crackers on top, pressing gently.
  8. Freeze: Cover with plastic wrap or foil and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
  9. Slice and serve: Cut into squares or bars, letting sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a fun twist, swap chocolate pudding for peanut butter, caramel, or vanilla pudding.

Add sliced fruits, mini chocolate chips, or cookie crumbles between layers for extra flavor.

Ensure the graham crackers are fully covered by each layer to maintain structural integrity.
