  • 1/4 cup natural sweetener or honey
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 23 tbsp milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • Optional: 1/4 cup crushed nuts

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats and protein powder evenly.
  2. Gently fold in the finely chopped freeze-dried strawberries.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually combine the cream cheese mixture with the dry ingredients, mixing until a uniform dough forms.
  5. If the dough is too dry, add milk one tablespoon at a time until slightly sticky but manageable.
  6. Optionally, fold in crushed nuts for added texture.
  7. Scoop portions of the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
  8. Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
