  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare a medium-heat grill/campfire.
  2. Wash and slice all vegetables: potatoes thinly, carrots julienned, bell pepper chopped, onions sliced.
  3. Cut beef into bite-sized pieces; dice chicken ham and slice turkey bacon.
  4. In a large bowl, combine all vegetables. Add garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings. Toss to coat evenly.

  7. Fold the sides of the foil over the ingredients, then fold top and bottom edges to seal packets securely.
  8. Place packets on a preheated grill, oven tray, or hot coals.
  9. Cook for 25–30 minutes, rotating halfway through, until potatoes are tender and meats are fully cooked.
  10. Carefully open one packet to check doneness, then serve immediately.
