  • 1 package pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded cheese, mix of mozzarella and cheddar
  • 1 cup your favorite pizza toppings, sliced bell peppers, olives, or cooked chicken
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Take your pizza dough and place it on a floured surface.
  4. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough as thin as possible without tearing it.
  5. Cut the dough into small squares or circles.
  6. Transfer your cut-out dough shapes onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Generously brush each piece with olive oil.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheese over each piece generously.
  9. Add your chosen toppings and a dash of dried oregano.
  10. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
