  • 2 crispy chicken tenders (homemade or frozen)
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1 small tomato, diced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken tenders: Bake, air-fry, or shallow-fry until golden brown and crispy. Set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Warm the tortillas: Heat each tortilla in a dry skillet for 20 seconds per side or microwave for 10–15 seconds to make them pliable.
  3. Assemble the wrap: Lay a tortilla flat, spread 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing down the center. Place one chicken tender on top, followed by shredded lettuce. Add cheese and diced tomato if using.
  4. Roll the wrap: Fold the bottom of the tortilla upward, fold in the sides, and roll tightly to secure the filling.
  5. Serve: Cut in half if desired. Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
