These Cookie Dough Frozen Yogurt Bites are a healthy, indulgent treat that combines creamy Greek yogurt with sweet chunks of cookie dough and chocolate chips. Perfect for kids, adults, or anyone craving a guilt-free dessert, they are quick to prepare, versatile, and completely freezer-friendly.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup cookie dough, chopped into small pieces (use a no-egg, safe-to-eat cookie dough)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt with 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until smooth and evenly blended.
  2. Gently fold in 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.
  3. Add 1/2 cup chopped cookie dough pieces, folding gently to maintain the creamy texture while evenly dispersing cookie dough in each portion.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  5. Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to drop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the parchment-lined sheet. Space them evenly to freeze individually.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the bites to freeze for 2–3 hours or until firm.
  7. Once frozen, transfer the bites into an airtight container, separating layers with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Store in the freezer until ready to serve.

Notes

Customize with flavored yogurt, nuts, or dried fruits for added variety.

Adjust the sweetness by reducing or increasing honey or syrup according to taste.

For softer bites, allow them to sit at room temperature for 2–3 minutes before serving.
