Instructions
- Remove the Little Debbies cakes from packaging and crumble them in a large mixing bowl until fine and uniform.
- Add 1/2 cup frosting and mix thoroughly until the crumbs hold together when pressed. Adjust frosting as needed for consistency.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat with remaining mixture.
- Chill the cake balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the green candy melts or white chocolate with green food coloring in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
- Dip each chilled cake ball into the melted chocolate, fully coating it. Tap off excess chocolate and place back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
