Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing (or homemade light version)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for warming tortillas)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, or avocado

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken (if not pre-cooked): Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in a nonstick skillet over medium heat for 6–7 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Let rest, then chop.
  2. Chop vegetables: Prepare 3 cups romaine lettuce and optional ingredients (tomatoes, cucumber, avocado) into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mix salad: In a medium bowl, combine chopped chicken, lettuce, parmesan, and Caesar dressing. Toss gently to coat evenly.
  4. Warm tortillas: Heat 4 large tortillas for 15–20 seconds in a skillet or microwave. Optionally, brush with olive oil before warming.
  5. Assemble wraps: Place a generous portion of the salad in the center of each tortilla. Leave about 1 inch around edges.
  6. Fold wraps: Fold the sides inward, then roll from bottom to top to secure the filling.
  7. Serve or store: Enjoy immediately, or wrap tightly and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
