These Chocolate Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Bites are a refreshing, affordable, and versatile treat. With creamy yogurt, fresh strawberries, and a smooth chocolate shell, they are quick to prepare and perfect for snacking or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Fresh strawberries (washed, dried, halved if large)
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (Greek yogurt for extra creaminess)
  • 12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate bar)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly. Cut large ones into halves or quarters.
  2. Place yogurt in a bowl. Add honey or maple syrup if extra sweetness is desired.
  3. Dip each strawberry into the yogurt until evenly coated. Shake off excess.
  4. Arrange coated strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 1 hour, or until yogurt is firm.
  5. Melt chocolate with coconut oil in a heatproof bowl, using a microwave in short intervals or a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  6. Remove strawberries from the freezer. Dip each piece into melted chocolate, covering it fully. Place back on parchment.
  7. Freeze for 30 minutes until the chocolate sets.
  8. Transfer to an airtight container. Keep stored in the freezer until serving.

Notes

Use Greek yogurt for a thicker coating.

For variety, swap strawberries with blueberries, bananas, or raspberries.

Drizzle extra chocolate on top before freezing for decoration.

Line bites with parchment paper when storing to prevent sticking.
