Buffalo Chicken Dip Egg Rolls transform the beloved buffalo chicken dip into a crispy, handheld delight. Perfect for parties, game days, or family dinners, they combine a creamy, cheesy, and spicy filling with a golden, crunchy wrapper.   • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup buffalo-style hot sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted (for brushing)
  • Cooking oil for frying (if not baking)

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken breast until fully done and shred finely.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix shredded chicken with cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo-style hot sauce, cheddar, and mozzarella until smooth.
  3. Lay egg roll wrappers on a clean surface and keep covered with a damp towel.
  4. Place 2–3 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll tightly, sealing edges with water or melted butter.
  5. Cooking options: –Frying: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry egg rolls 3–4 minutes per side until golden. Drain on paper towels. –Baking: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place egg rolls on parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake 15–20 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. Let cool 2–3 minutes before serving. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Notes

You can make the filling ahead of time for faster assembly.

Optional additions: diced celery, green onions, or different cheese blends.

For a lighter version, choose baking over frying.
