Ingredients

  • Large Portobello or Button Mushrooms, firm and unblemished
  • Cream Cheese, at room temperature
  • Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
  • Garlic Cloves, minced
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Gently wipe each mushroom cap with a damp paper towel to remove any dirt.
