Air Fryer Ranch Mushrooms are a quick and flavorful dish that combines the earthiness of mushrooms with a zesty ranch seasoning. Cooked in the air fryer, they are crispy on the outside and tender inside, making them a perfect snack, side, or appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 grams fresh mushrooms, cleaned and trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Clean mushrooms using a damp cloth or paper towel to remove dirt. Trim stems if needed.
  2. In a bowl, mix ranch seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add mushrooms to the bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss until mushrooms are evenly coated.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Place mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  7. Check mushrooms for a golden brown and crispy texture; cook 2-3 minutes longer if desired.
  8. Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with fresh parsley if using, and serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier version, add chili powder or cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix.

Mushrooms can be halved if large for more even cooking.

Avoid washing mushrooms under running water to prevent sogginess.
