  • ½ cup chocolate chips (or chocolate alternative)
  • ¼ cup peanut butter (or preferred nut/seed butter)
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • ¼ cup mini marshmallows (optional)
  • 2 tsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on a clean workspace.
  2. Peel the bananas and slice them lengthwise, creating a pocket without cutting through completely.
  3. Spoon chocolate chips into the banana pocket.
  4. Add peanut butter inside the pocket.
  5. Sprinkle chopped nuts or mini marshmallows if desired.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
  7. Arrange the stuffed bananas in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t touch.
  8. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, checking at 6 minutes for desired gooeyness.
  9. Carefully remove the banana boats from the air fryer.
  10. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and add any remaining toppings.
  11. Serve immediately while warm.
