Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus ¼ cup for topping)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Breadsticks, baguette slices, or crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Soften the cream cheese at room temperature for easier mixing.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth using a whisk or hand mixer.
  4. Add the minced garlic and melted butter. Stir until fully incorporated.
  5. Mix in the Parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheese, reserving ¼ cup of mozzarella for the topping.
  6. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to ensure even seasoning.
  7. Transfer the mixture into a small oven-safe baking dish. Spread evenly with a spatula.
  8. Sprinkle the reserved mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  9. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
  10. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
  11. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top for garnish.
  12. Serve hot with breadsticks, baguette slices, or crackers for dipping.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a small amount of turkey bacon bits into the dip before baking.

Adjust garlic according to taste; more garlic intensifies the flavor.

For extra crispiness, toast bread slices lightly before serving.
