Fluffy S’mores Dip is a quick and delightful way to enjoy the classic campfire treat indoors. With melted chocolate, gooey marshmallows, and crunchy graham crackers, it is the perfect dessert for gatherings, parties, or family nights.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or milk chocolate if preferred)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • Graham crackers, for dipping
  • Optional: 2 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tbsp caramel, or a pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Place the chocolate chips in an oven-safe skillet or baking dish.
  3. Pour the heavy cream over the chocolate to help it melt smoothly.
  4. If desired, swirl in peanut butter, drizzle caramel, or sprinkle sea salt for added flavor.
  5. Spread the mini marshmallows evenly over the chocolate, covering the entire surface.
  6. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the chocolate melts and the marshmallows puff and turn golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven carefully and let it cool for 1 to 2 minutes.
  8. Serve warm with graham crackers, pretzels, cookies, or fruit slices for dipping.

Notes

Large marshmallows may be used if cut in half.

Watch closely while baking, as marshmallows can brown quickly.

Best served fresh, but leftovers can be reheated gently in the oven.
