This Peanut Butter Chocolate Greek Yogurt Bark is a quick, refreshing, and wholesome snack that takes only ten minutes to prepare. With a creamy yogurt base, swirls of peanut butter, and a drizzle of chocolate, it makes a treat that looks indulgent but is light and nourishing. It’s ideal for families, parties, or simply keeping in the freezer for when cravings strike.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter (slightly melted)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (melted)
  • Optional toppings: sliced strawberries, blueberries, granola, chopped nuts, shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup). Stir until smooth and evenly sweetened.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared tray. Spread it into an even layer about ½ inch thick using a spatula.
  4. Warm the peanut butter slightly to achieve a smooth, drizzle-like consistency. Drizzle it generously over the yogurt layer.
  5. Use a knife or spoon to gently swirl the peanut butter into the yogurt for a marbled effect.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 20-second intervals (stirring in between) or with a double boiler until smooth.
  7. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt and peanut butter layer. You can swirl it with the peanut butter or keep it separate for contrast.
  8. Sprinkle your chosen toppings over the surface. Options include fresh fruit, granola, nuts, or coconut.
  9. Place the tray in the freezer for at least 2–3 hours, or until the bark is completely firm.
  10. Once frozen, lift the bark out of the tray by holding the parchment paper. Break it into smaller pieces by hand.
  11. Store the bark in an airtight container in the freezer. Serve straight from the freezer as it softens quickly at room temperature.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey according to taste.

Keep portions fairly small, as Greek yogurt bark melts quickly once outside the freezer.

For extra crunch, granola or crushed nuts work beautifully as toppings.

To make it dairy-free, substitute with plant-based yogurt such as coconut or almond milk yogurt.
